Ingredients:
- 24 milk chocolate Hershey's Kisses
- 1/4 cup butter at room temperature
- 1/3 cup crunchy or smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 light brown sugar
- 1 medium egg
- splash of milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method:
- Heat the oven to 180℃. Remove all the wrappers from chocolates.
- Beat together the butter and peanut butter in a large bowl. Add the sugars and beat until fluffy and pale.
- Add the egg, vanilla and milk and beat well.
- Sift in the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir the mixture well until it resembles a dough. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll them in granulated sugar and place on a greaseproof lined baking tray.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes and cool for 1 minute. Transfer onto a wire rack and place the chocolates on top.
